New Way to Reach Service Desk for Your Phone/IT/Internet Issues

The CMS Bureau of Communication and Computer Services is physically consolidating many agencies’ Service Desk personnel into the new Customer Solution Center (CSC) Service Desk. This new, consolidated Service Desk will be a single point of contact for all BCCS services - telecom, IT and network.
The Service Desk will support CMS from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. When you call, you will be asked to make menu selections based on the Agency-specific services you are requesting. This automated phone system will ensure prompt, courteous, and professional support from a trained specialist.
The Service Desk is also working to enhance after-hours and emergency reporting capabilities, and to provide customers with a more responsive method to report incidents. Service Desk personnel will also support the new Enterprise Service Request process for moves, additions and changes to IT, telecom or Internet services.
These new numbers replace the one you have been using to reach the Help Desk, so please update your contact lists and speed dial features using the new numbers: (800) 366-8768 or (217) 524-4784.
