Enterprise Program Management (EPM) Framework

 

Enterprise Program Management (EPM) is a structured process for identifying, governing, executing, and deploying key business initiatives within the Executive Branch of the State of Illinois. The primary focus of EPM is on Information Technology and Telecommunication initiatives.

This is a Visio diagram that depicts the overall workflow process associated with the EPM Framework. It provides a concise visual description of the EPM Framework workflow.

EPM State & Status [PDF, 17KB]

This is a Workflow Matrix that identifies the State-Status values used within the EPM Portal. In general, dashboard views and reports are grouped by 'State' and the 'Status' refers to where a record is within a given process. Note: Only the State-Status combinations highlighted in yellow are currently used in the EPM Portal. The 'Process Owner' column identifies the appropriate person to contact with any process related questions.
